Limenet was established in March 2023 as a Benefit Corporation. Benefit Corporations are recognized under Italian law as capital companies that pursue social and environmental objectives alongside purely economic ones in their business activities.
This choice is driven by Limenet’s will to generate a positive impact on society, employees, and the environment, operating responsibly and transparently.
As a Benefit Corporation, Limenet aims to expand and orient its positive impact to meet the needs of all stakeholders, while simultaneously contributing to the creation of shared value.
Since its birth, Limenet has defined its values, which form the foundation of the company culture that is being built and guide the company in its decisions and daily activities.
